The Micro Farm

An on site market garden supplying vegetables, salads, fruit, herbs (culinary and medicinal), tea & spices

All produce is grown using organic practices and bio-intensive methods similar to those used by Jodi Roebuck. The farm generates it's own compost and seed raising mix, and uses biological inputs such as herbal teas (from the farm) to treat issues, pests and diseases. A focus on soil health promotes medical constituents and nutritional value in produce. Teas are air dried as done for thousands of years, to ensure nutrition remains in the teas.

Outlaw Apiaries

Apiary on site in the market garden using organic practices to support bee health

Apiary set in the middle of The Micro Farm market garden to reciprocate benefits to the garden, and back to the honey through access to a diverse range of medicinal herbs and market garden flower. Kept on the site over the summer season, the ample pollen allows the bees to thrive and produce high quality honey.
